Benchmark 59: Identifying own strengths and weaknesses as a communicator. - In my BPS interview questions, I identify weaknesses as a communicator. I tell how I have anxiety problems with speaking aloud and public speaking. I had said that I wanted to change my weakness into a strength so that it will be easier for me in college and when I decide to go into a profession that requires me to speak aloud in front of a lot of people.
Benchmark 67: Understanding and contributing to the mission of the team. - In this assignment, the class painted pots and planted flowers to either give to someone at the John-George home to make someone happy, or to put outside of the school. I painted the pot in the picture and planted 2 different flowers.
Benchmark 78: Carrying out an assignment.- In this assignment, we worked together to find out if the egg would float or sink in fresh water and in salt water. We tested out both and the raw egg needed less salt then what the one hard boiled egg needed.
Benchmark 63: Seeking understanding of people with different backgrounds than your own.- Last year, I worked at a catering business where I was teamed with people who had worked there way longer than I have and also people who hadn't worked there as long or started work the same day that I did. Although they had different backgrounds, they still understood that my first day was tough and also had went through some if not the same stuff I went through when I started.
